One palm on the phone skimming through my Instagram page, the other carrying my oversize bag as I walk into the courtyard. I breathe a sigh of relief, thankful to be home. A dull day is what I had. I don’t despise my work, but I can’t say I love it either. Working for someone else comes with a price, especially if they are difficult and know you don’t want to lose the job. My Boss is the most arduous human I have ever met not only does he forces me to work extra hours and still give me the same pay, but he also did the unthinkable yesterday. It's been a year and a half since I started working for him, and I have never been late. The first time I came to work late was last week thanks to traffic, he threatened to deduct it from my salary, but I shook it off thinking he was just bluffing until this month's payday which was yesterday, and then I noticed he stayed true to his words.
